LASHMAITRE online store and payment operations are supported by YLF Beauty Limited, a Hong Kong SAR registered company.
Due to hygiene and safety requirements, opened, used or damaged eyelash extension products cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed product or fulfillment issue.
If your order arrives with a problem, contact info@lashmaitre.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, product photos, packaging photos and a clear description of the issue.
Eligible issues may be resolved by replacement, store credit or refund after review. Shipping fees, customs duties and taxes are generally not refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Custom, wholesale, OEM and private label orders are produced or prepared according to confirmed buyer specifications. These orders are not cancellable or refundable after production starts unless LASHMAITRE confirms a production or fulfillment error.
