Order processing
In-stock retail and sample orders are normally prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Large wholesale orders, private label lash trays, custom packaging and OEM orders may require extra time for sample confirmation, production, quality control and export preparation.
Global shipping support
We support international shipping for professional lash supplies. Available shipping methods, transit time and freight cost depend on destination country, product type, order quantity and courier availability.
Duties, taxes and delivery
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and local delivery charges may apply and are usually the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise confirmed in writing before payment.
Wholesale and private label shipments
For wholesale lash extensions, premade fans, promade fans, lash glue or private label packaging orders, please confirm product specifications, quantity, destination and delivery timeline before payment.
Damaged or delayed shipments
If a package arrives damaged or an order appears delayed, email info@lashmaitre.com with your order number, photos and delivery details so we can review the case.
